Bull Bags are available at major NZ retailers including Mitre 10, Bunnings, The Warehouse, and Repco stores across New Zealand.

How do I book a pickup?

Simply fill out our online booking form at bullbag.co.nz/schedule or call 0800 300 666. We'll collect your filled bag within 48 hours.

What can I put in a Bull Bag?

Bull Bags accept general waste, garden waste, renovation debris, timber, concrete, soil, and most construction materials. Hazardous materials, asbestos, and liquids are not accepted.

Do I need a council permit for a Bull Bag?

No! Unlike skip bins, Bull Bags don't require council permits. Keep the bag on your property and fill at your own pace.

What areas do you service?

We service the Greater Auckland area including Auckland Central, North Shore, West Auckland, South Auckland, East Auckland, Manukau, and Rodney.

How much does Bull Bag collection cost?

Collection starts from $149 for a standard Bull Bag. The bag itself costs $249.00 from retail stores. Total cost is significantly less than traditional skip bin hire.

1. Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions require your attention. Any services provided for any person by Bull Bag Ltd in relation to the BULL BAG are governed by these terms and conditions. The purchase and use of a BULL BAG by you amounts to your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bull Bag Ltd therefore requires you to review the following terms and conditions. Failure to accept the following terms and conditions will render you unable to purchase and use a BULL BAG.

2. Use

Attached to these terms and conditions are instructions regarding the use of the BULL BAG which Bull Bag Ltd reserve the right to alter at any time (including on the www.BULLBAG.co.nz website). These instructions direct you, amongst other things, what and in what way substances may be placed in a BULL BAG. These instructions are to be adhered to. If the BULL BAG is not loaded securely (or in a manner contrary to our instructions), we may refuse to collect the BULL BAG. The BULL BAG is not reusable. Once collected, it will not be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that in placing material in a BULL BAG, you are compliant with all relevant laws.

3. Collection

Collections and disposals of BULL BAGS can be arranged by visiting the website www.bullbag.co.nz or phoning 0800-300-666. We shall use our best endeavours to collect your BULL BAG within 5 working days of receiving your request for collection. The prices for collection and disposal services are set out on the website and may be amended by us from time to time. Our acceptance of your request amounts to a contract between us for the collection and disposal of BULL BAGS.

4. Price and Payment

The prices for the purchase of the BULL BAG and the collection of the BULL BAG is provided on the website, or provided to you over the phone by Bull Bag Ltd. All prices are in New Zealand dollars, and are GST inclusive. Bull Bag Ltd set their prices for the collection service to reflect information submitted by you to the website or provided over the phone. Should any information be false, Bull Bag Ltd has the right to alter prices. Payments for our collection services are to be made concurrently with your request for collection, and via credit card (or by another method agreed upon with Bull Bag Ltd).

5. Cancellation

Collection requests are cancellable, provided that the cancellation is not made more than two (2) working days after Your making the collection request.

6. Access

The employees or agents of Bull Bag Ltd are to be provided, without cost, easy access to and from your premises when collecting the BULL BAG. Should the employees or agents of Bull Bag Ltd happen to cause damage to any surfaces (or structures beneath such surfaces) on your premises which they cross at any point in the collection process, Bull Bag Ltd will not be liable for this damage. You will not receive a refund for our failure to collect a BULL BAG if, on the designated day of collection, the employees or agents of Bull Bag Ltd are in any way prevented from accessing and collecting the BULL BAG. You will still be required to pay the collection fee, unless explicitly otherwise agreed. You must in this case initiate another request for collection.

7. Indemnity

You agreeing to these terms and conditions indemnifies us and anyone associated with or representing us against any legal sanctions arising from us providing you with the BULL BAG and your use of the BULL BAG.

8. Title

From the moment Bull Bag Ltd collects a BULL BAG from your premises, the contents of the BULL BAG will be the property of Bull Bag Ltd. You will, however, remain liable for any Excluded Material, even if Bull Bag Ltd collects that Excluded Material from your premises.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Bull Bag Ltd will attempt to carry out their collection service in a timely manner, exercising all due skill and care. Bull Bag Ltd will not be liable in the event of a failure or delay in carrying out the collection service should circumstances arise that are beyond their control. Express or implied, all warranties, representations and conditions in connection with the provision and collection of the BULL BAG are excluded by Bull Bag Ltd as far as the law permits. Should Bull Bag Ltd be liable to you for any reason in contract, tort or otherwise, liability to you will not exceed the price paid by you for the BULL BAG or the collection of the BULL BAG (unless an enactment provides otherwise). This clause pertains to all and any losses, be they property damage, injury to the person, or loss of profits relating to the provision of or collection of the BULL BAG.

10. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (the Act)

The Act does not apply to you if you are a consumer in terms of the Act, and if you acquire or appear to acquire the BULL BAG for commercial purposes. Subject to this clause, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to alter your rights as a consumer under the Act.

11. Representations

Bull Bag Ltd will not be bound by any statements regarding Bull Bag Ltd made by anyone representing Bull Bag Ltd in any way.

12. Privacy

Agreeing to these terms and conditions permits Bull Bag Ltd to collect your personal data for the sake of performing the contract between us, for marketing purposes, or for any other reasons permitted by you. You retain the right, under the Privacy Act 1993, to access or make changes to any of your personal information that we hold.
